The new hemodialysis center in Vlora

For the first time, the hemodialysis service will be performed in Vlora, where patients waere obligated to travel three times a week to Tirana, accompanied by relatives, to perform hemodialysis treatment at the "Mother Teresa Hospital " in Tirana or in Fier, with sessions lasting up to three shifts.

The hemodialysis Center's capacity in Vlora is such that it enables the treatment of patients, eliminating the third round. This center is among the 5 centers that will open in the country this year, which will significantly reduce the transport costs paid by the hospital for these patients. Shortening time for the patient's family members. The distribution of medicines with the new reimbursement list will be taken at this center and it is no longer necessary to go to Tirana. It is the first in line to open from the 5 centers that we will open this year.
