Diavita
Diavita sh.p.k. was created from the joint venture of Evita sh.p.k. and the American hospital, which were selected winners of the tender that the Ministry of Health declared open for offering the hemodialysis service in five centers within the facilities of the regional hospitals, following the model of the Private Public Partnership.
Our Mission
We work with dignity conform regulations and the law, in the best interest of patients, citizens, public and private institutions and the Nation. Every day we take the responsibility that all our patients receive the best treatment with high quality products. More than 100 medical professionals work in our 5 hemodialysis centers in Vlora, Korça, Elbasan, Shkodra and Lezha, to take care of your health of nearly 300 patients in terminal stage of renal disease.
Objectives
The objective of this project is offering the hemodialysis service in the the regional hospitals of Vlora, Elbasan, Lezha, Shkodra and Korça following the model of the Privat Public Partnership. In the end of the project period, this accumulated experience will be inherited by the regional hospitals.

For receiving treatment at Diavita clinics, new permament patients in hemodialysis must submit the following documents:

- Medical report from University Medical Center of Tirana
- Priority Form
- Consult Decision
- ID card
- Health Card (up-to- date)
